Tri-County Family Medicine is looking for an HR Clerk to support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources Department.  Candidates will have strong customer service, organizational, and computer skills with a willingness to perform both routine / repetitive tasks as well as ever-changing human resource duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones
  • On-boarding of all new employees
  • Entry and maintenance of employee information in the benefits program
  • Entry and maintenance of employee information in the payroll system
  • Coordinate all types of claims with employees (i.e. FMLA, Worker Comp Forms and NYS Paid Family Leave)
  • Preparation of Policies and Procedures for presentation to the CEO and Board of Directors
  • Complete background checks

Qualifications

  • High School education with additional education preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resource setting
